At the time of interview, the original documents of all certificates uploaded along with the online application should be produced for verification. Information will be given only to those who are provisionally selected. They have to present themselves along with any one of the parents for interview with the Principal on the date mentioned in the call letter. Failure to be present on the scheduled date and time will lead to cancellation of admission. The information of selection will be sent to the registered Mobile No. via SMS. It will also be posted in the registered online portal and the college website ( www.jeppiaararts.in ). If it requires a screening process for all shortlisted candidates for will be conducted. The list of students eligible for the screening process will be published in the online portal and thereafter admission will take place.
The provisionally selected and admitted candidates have to pay the prescribed fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or By Cash at any branch of Axis Bank (through EASY PAY) as per your convenience.
The enrolled students are expected to complete their course of study. They may not withdraw from the college without informing the Principal in writing. Otherwise, they will be liable to pay the fee of the period for which their names remain on the roll. The students who are provisionally admitted cannot claim for a refund of fee if they decide to discontinue the course (subject to conditions).

The cost of each application including Processing fee is Rs.500/- should be paid. You are allowed to cancel the course/s applied till you pay the cost of the application/s. A summary is displayed in ‘View application status’. After the Payment of application fee, application number will be generated and the status will be available in the online portal. The applicant can apply any number of courses eligible to him/her and after payment, an application number will be generated for each. The applicant is allowed to take printout of each application after the registration and payment for his/her reference.
