IPR CELL
“Intellectual property is an integral aspect of our daily existence. Wherever we go and whatever we do, we are constantly surrounded by the products of human ingenuity and innovation, enriching our lives and simplifying our experiences.”
Intellectual property (IP) encompasses a range of creative products of the mind, including inventions, literary and artistic works, and commercial symbols, names, images, and designs. Various legal frameworks, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights, and trade secrets, grant exclusive rights within their respective domains. These rights are bestowed upon individuals to protect their intellectual creations, affording creators exclusive control over their works for a specific duration.
