Overview
The operations of the training and placement cell are carried out by evaluating the students’ abilities and aligning them with their interests and skills. Students receive a comprehensive overview of the labor market and job opportunities across multiple industries. Through the development of skill sets necessary for success in that particular career, this activity focuses on helping students construct an effective career. The impact that a student’s personality has on her professional growth and functional efficiency is well-established, which is why the Cell periodically hosts personality development programs. It helps pupils to uniquely define themselves and meet the needs of the business world.
